Reservations:

As a courtesy, an automated reminder will be sent via email/text (using the contact information provided) to confirm your service appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Failure to cancel/reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of service. Deposits are non-refundable and transferable one time if rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel/reschedule more than 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

No Call/No Show will result in 100% charge of scheduled service and any deposit will be forfeited.

Changes of Appointment:

All appointment changes must be made more than 48 hours in advance of any scheduled service and charge for that service applies. If you wish to upgrade your service without proper notice, this will be granted provided there is availability.

We reserve the right to cancel your service due to service provider unavailability, inclement weather, outstanding payments or inappropriate conduct. 

Arrival Notice:

To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled, and the full service fee will apply.

Children Policy:

For safety reasons and to maintain the most relaxing atmosphere at the studio, no children are allowed. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests. We strive to provide the utmost experience.

Allergies:

If you experience an allergic reaction after a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions in the past please let us know prior to your appointment. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Gift cards:

Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
